Fascias and soffits frame the top of your home - and they're among the first things to show their age.
UV exposure turns white uPVC yellow or grey. Green algae creeps in from the gutters. Spiders nest in the soffits.
By the time it's visible from the pavement, it's been building for months.
We clean fascias and soffits using a water-fed brush system with purified water - the same zero-TDS system we use for your windows. The result is a bright white finish without abrasive scrubbing, without ladders and without risk of damage to the paint or uPVC. We work from the ground on single-storey properties, and use our extending system on two-storey homes.
Most properties benefit from having their fascias and soffits cleaned once or twice a year alongside their gutter clear. It's quick, affordable and makes an immediately visible difference to the look of the whole roofline
Conservatories and orangeries collect grime fast - from below (mud splash, rain) and from above (algae, bird droppings, pollen). Glass roofs are especially prone to green streaking and biological growth that blocks light and makes the space feel darker and damper than it should.
We clean conservatory frames and glazing using pure RO/DI water and specialist brushes designed for conservatory roofs - safe on uPVC, aluminium and timber frames, and all glazing types including self-cleaning glass. We get into the roof channels, clean the ridge and carefully work across all elevations.
The result is a conservatory that feels lighter, brighter and genuinely clean - not just surface-wiped. And because we use pure water, there are no detergent residues to attract new dirt faster.

Yes - our water-fed brush system extends to reach the fascias and soffits on two-storey properties from the ground, so there's no ladder or scaffold access required. This is safer for both our team and your property. For particularly tall or complex rooflines, we'll assess before confirming and always tell you exactly how we'll approach it before starting.
In most cases, yes. The yellowing and greying of uPVC fascias is typically caused by algae, oxidisation and grime build-up, all of which we remove. Pure water and gentle agitation lifts the surface contamination without scratching the uPVC, restoring the white finish you'd expect. Severe UV yellowing that's embedded into the plastic itself may not fully reverse, but we can tell you honestly what to expect when we assess your property.
Most conservatories benefit from cleaning two to four times per year - more frequently if the roof has a north-facing aspect or overhanging trees nearby. At minimum, we'd recommend once a year to prevent the build-up of biological growth that can permanently stain the frame and reduce light transmission through the glazing. Club members can set a recurring schedule so it's never something they need to remember to book.
All Posh Wash services are completely cashless, and payment is taken securely via GoCardless Direct Debit. Posh Wash Club members can add fascia, soffit and conservatory cleaning to their subscription - it's scheduled, reminded and charged automatically alongside their other services.
