New build or older property? The Club works for both.
If you're in Valley Park, Nobel Park, Great Western Park or another new-build development in South Oxfordshire, your home almost certainly came with solar panels fitted - but it's unlikely to have the same gutter concerns as an older property with mature trees nearby.
For new-build customers, we recommend leading with solar panel cleaning over gutter clearing. Your panels are an investment - and a dirty panel generates less electricity. We'll clean them using pure RO/DI water and a soft brush system that's safe for all panel types and won't void your warranty.
If you're in an established area - the town centre, Harwell, Milton, Long Wittenham or any older estate - twice-yearly gutter clearing is likely your priority instead. Mature trees, autumn leaf fall and moss build-up mean gutters need clearing to protect your fascias and prevent damp.

Is The Posh Wash Club right for you?
The Club works best for homeowners in Didcot, Valley Park, Nobel Park, Great Western Park and the surrounding villages who are busy, value their time, and want the exterior of their home maintained to a high standard without having to manage it themselves. If you have been meaning to get the solar/gutters done for a while, your windows are overdue, and you hate the smell of your bins - The Club solves all your problems at once for less than a takeaway.
Not sure yet? Start with a one-off service. Most of our Club members started with a one-off window clean, driveway wash, solar panel clean, or gutter clear. Can I cancel the Posh Wash Club at any time?
Yes. There's no long-term contract with the Posh Wash Club. We ask for 30 days' notice to cancel - that's it. We want you to stay because the service is worth it, not because you're locked in. If anything isn't right, we'll always try to put it right first - but cancelling is simple if you need to.
How does GoCardless work? Is it safe?
GoCardless is a Direct Debit provider authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. It's the same technology used by thousands of UK businesses - from gyms to utilities. Your bank details are stored securely by GoCardless, not by us, and you're protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee - so if a payment is ever taken incorrectly, your bank will refund you in full, no questions asked. Payment is collected once a month on a fixed date - you’ll always know when to expect it.
What if I have solar panels on a new-build property?
If you're in Valley Park, Nobel Park, Great Western Park or another new-build area, your home likely came with solar panels fitted as standard. Solar panel cleaning is available to any Club tier - we'll schedule it alongside your other services. For newer properties that don't yet have mature trees nearby, solar cleaning is often more of a priority than gutter clearing. We'll advise on the right combination for your property when you sign up.
Do I need to be home for Club services?
For the vast majority of Club services - window, bin, solar and gutter cleaning, - you don't need to be home. We access the outside of your property and leave it looking great without disturbing you. Vehicle exterior washes will require the car/caravan/motorhome on the premises while we are there. or additional arrangements will need to be arranged/discussed and priced accordingly. For all our services - you'll get a text reminder the day before so you know we're coming.
Do I choose gutters or solar - or can I have both?v
You choose one twice-yearly service when you join - either gutter clearing or solar panel cleaning, depending on what your property needs most. We’ll advise you at sign-up: new-builds and properties with solar arrays typically prioritise solar cleaning, while older homes with established trees tend to benefit more from regular gutter clearing.
If you’d like both, just ask. We can add the additional service at your Club member rate or discuss moving to a higher tier - whichever makes more sense for your home.
