These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Posh Wash Didcot Ltd ("Posh Wash", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17316733). By booking any service with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide exterior cleaning services including (but not limited to): window cleaning, gutter clearing, bin cleaning, driveway and patio cleaning, solar panel cleaning, soft washing, car and caravan cleaning, fascia and soffit cleaning, conservatory cleaning, and commercial exterior cleaning.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Services may be booked online, by phone or by email. By booking, you confirm that you are the property owner or have the authority to arrange cleaning services at the property. We will confirm your booking and schedule in writing (email or SMS). We endeavour to attend on the agreed date, but we reserve the right to reschedule due to extreme weather, staff illness or other exceptional circumstances. We will always notify you as soon as possible if this occurs and reschedule at the earliest opportunity.

3. Payment

Payment is made via GoCardless Direct Debit. We do not accept cash or cheques. Posh Wash Club subscriptions are charged automatically via GoCardless Direct Debit on a monthly basis. Failed payments will be retried and we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.

4. Posh Wash Club Subscription

The Posh Wash Club is a recurring monthly subscription. Your subscription continues until cancelled. You may cancel with 30 days' written notice sent to [email protected]. Services already delivered before the cancellation date will be charged in full. We reserve the right to adjust Club pricing with 30 days' notice to existing members.

5. Cancellation by Customer

For one-off services cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. For cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice, no charge applies.

6. Cancellation by Posh Wash

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service in the event of extreme weather, unsafe access conditions or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation by us, we will reschedule as soon as practicable at no additional charge.

7. Access and Property Requirements

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe and reasonable access to the areas being cleaned. Please ensure vehicles, furniture and other obstacles are moved where required before our arrival. We will not be held liable for delays or incomplete work caused by access being unavailable.

8. Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. We take every reasonable care when working at your property. However, Posh Wash Didcot Ltd shall not be liable for: pre-existing damage to property; damage caused by defects not disclosed at time of booking (e.g. loose gutters, cracked glass, damaged fascias); indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Complaints

We take all complaints seriously. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the service being carried out: [email protected] or 01235 420135. We will investigate and respond within 5 working days. Where a complaint is upheld, we will re-do the relevant work at no charge or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be on our website. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
